1. | Mix together the yeast, water, sugar and salt. | 2. | Allow for the yeast to dissolve completely. | 3. | Add the flour until dough is firm but easily moldable. | 4. | Spread dough (roll or stretch) on a cookie sheet and cover with your choice of toppings. | 5. | Bake at 500° for 7-15 minutes, depending on the size and thickness. |
