Pickle Pie

4		eggs
1 1/2	Tbsp.	corn starch
1	tsp.	cinnamon
1	c.	light cream
11	oz.	sweet pickles (ground)
2	c.	sugar
1/8	c.	soft butter
1	tsp.	nutmeg
1	tsp.	lemon extract

1.	Preheat oven to 350°.
2.	Blend pickles and cream together.
3.	Add eggs and corn starch.
4.	Mix in remaining ingredients
5.	Prepare pie crust using Pie Crust Too recipe.
6.	Fill crust(s)
7.	Bake for 1 hour.
