1. | Place ribs and water in cooker. |
2. | Close cover securely, place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 5 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly |
3. | Cool cooker at once. |
4. | Drain off liquid. |
5. | Mix remaining ingredients; poor over ribs in cooker. |
6. | Stir to coat ribs. |
7. | Close cover securely, place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 10 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. |
8. | Let pressure drop of its own accord. |
9. | Remove ribs. |
10. | Simmer sauce, uncovered, to desired thickness. |
