Meatball Stew12 | oz. | Frozen Meatballs — fully cooked (± 23 meatballs) | 1 | jar(s) | Beef Gravy — (± 11 oz.) | 1 | can(s) | Stewed Tomatoes — undrained(± 8 oz.) | 3/4 | tsp. | Thyme | 1/8 | tsp. | Pepper | 1 | pk. | Frozen Vegetables — pref. with potatoes (± 16 oz.) | 3/4 | c. | Water |
1. | Mix gravy, tomatoes, water, thyme and pepper in sauce pan. | 2. | Bring to a boil. | 3. | Stir in the meatballs and vegetables. | 4. | Reduce the heat. | 5. | Let simmer 10-15 minutes until balls are cooked through, stirring occasionally. | You can do this in a crock pot as well. You only really need to leave it on long enough to heat up the broth and melt the meatballs. |
