Cheesy Broccoli Soup

butter or margarine sticks

jar Cheez Whiz

broccoli — fresh or frozen and in bite size pieces
1.
Bring water and bullion cubes to boil.
2.
Add bite size broccoli pieces to water.
3.
Melt butter in pan and add flour.
4.
Stir into boiling water and stir until thickened and smooth.
5.
Add Cheez Whiz and stir until melted.
6.
Serve hot.
Serves 14. Yields 5 quarts.
Great over baked potatoes for a potato bar.
