1. | Mix crumb top ingredients together. |
2. | Put 1/2 mixture in greased 9" pan. |
3. | Cover topping with rhubarb. |
4. | Combine ingredients for syrup in pan and boil until clear. |
5. | Cover rhubarb with syrup; top with remaining crumb mixture. |
6. | Bake 1 hour at 350. |
7. | Top with cream. |
