Rhubarb Crunch


4c.rhubarb — diced

--Crumb Top--
1c.flour — sifted
3/4c.rolled oats — raw
1c.brown sugar — packed
1/2c.margarine — melted
1tsp.cinnamon
_______
--Syrup--
1c.sugar
2Tbsp.cornstarch
1c.water

1.Mix crumb top ingredients together.
2.Put 1/2 mixture in greased 9" pan.
3.Cover topping with rhubarb.
4.Combine ingredients for syrup in pan and boil until clear.
5.Cover rhubarb with syrup; top with remaining crumb mixture.
6.Bake 1 hour at 350.
7.Top with cream.
