1. | Cook Italian sausage; do not drain. |
2. | Add both cans of spaghetti sauce. |
3. | Simmer 15 - 30 minutes. |
4. | Combine cottage cheese and sour cream into a bowl. |
5. | Spray bottom of a large casserole with cooking spray. |
6. | Make 3 layers in the casserole, alternating 3-4 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the sauce mixture, 1/3 of the sour cream/cottage cheese mixture, and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. |
7. | Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes. |
8. | Let cool 10 - 15 minutes before cutting. |
