To Die For Lasagna


9 - 12lasagna noodles — cooked and drained
1 1/2lb.Italian sausage
2can(s)spaghetti sauce — (large)
1tub(s)cottage cheese — (16 oz.)
1tub(s)sour cream — (8 oz.)
2lb.mozzarella cheese — shredded

1.Cook Italian sausage; do not drain.
2.Add both cans of spaghetti sauce.
3.Simmer 15 - 30 minutes.
4.Combine cottage cheese and sour cream into a bowl.
5.Spray bottom of a large casserole with cooking spray.
6.Make 3 layers in the casserole, alternating 3-4 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the sauce mixture, 1/3 of the sour cream/cottage cheese mixture, and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
7.Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.
8.Let cool 10 - 15 minutes before cutting.
