Ham and Scalloped Potatoes (a.k.a. 'Burnt Cheese')


6-8slice(s)ham
8-10medium potatoes — peeled & thinly sliced
2c.cheddar cheese — grated
1can(s)cream of mushroom or celery soup

1.Layer potatoes, onion, cheese, and ham in crock pot.
2.Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
3.Spoon undiluted soup over top.
4.Cook 6-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
