1. | Mix ricotta cheese, baking powder, eggs and salt. |
2. | Add flour by 1/2 cups and mix until the dough stickes together in a ball and becomes firm but maleable. |
3. | Roll out portions of the dough into a snake about 1 inch thick. |
4. | Cut out 1 inch sections and roll against the tines of a fork to texturize. |
5. | Boil in water for about 7-10 minutes (Gnocchi should float when done). |
6. | Serve with your favorite pasta sauce. |
